During my time at Innoscience, I had the opportunity to work strategically and collaboratively across various projects. In this presentation, I’m sharing a selection of the deliverables I developed during my time at the company. These include user research, wireframe creation, usability testing, and the development of high-fidelity prototypes. These are just a few of the initiatives I was involved in.

The Task Manager was developed as a direct response to needs identified through research conducted with key users of the InnoUP platform. Through interviews, behavioral analysis, and recurring feedback, we discovered that one of the most requested features was a native solution to help teams better track and organize their work.
Based on these insights, we created a fully integrated feature within InnoUP that allows users to organize tasks by squads, structure work into defined sprints, and manage both individual and collective timesheets — all fully synchronized with the platform’s existing logic.
The main goal was to streamline users’ workflows while keeping everything centralized and easy to follow. Its deep integration with InnoUP ensures that teams don’t need to rely on external tools, consolidating task and time management in one place. The result: greater efficiency, more control, and less friction in daily operations.

Layout presents all active projects in a structured table format, enabling users to quickly understand project scope, progress, and priority tags. Key columns such as name, description, tags, progress bar, and total tasks offer transparency and allow for fast scanning.
